Unless otherwise specified below, we will not process this data any further. If you contact us via the request form, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies are used on our website so that you can use the functions of our online offer without restriction. These expire two hours after the last page view of our website and are only required to display and update the content of our website. The functional cookie “glassalps_session” is used to identify a session instance for website visitors. The functional cookie “XSRF-TOKEN” is intended to protect our website from cross-site request forgery attacks and is essential for the security of our website. Neither cookie stores personal data.

You generally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
